Gradients have become commonplace in modern design, especially with the birth of “Web 2.0″ where we saw gradients frequently used in logos, icons, buttons and backgrounds.

Whilst design has moved away from the glossy web 2.0 look, gradients still have a use and I feel they can be particularly effective when used with subtle colour variations in logo design.

Huh? I’m sorry but I’m just not getting the point of sharing gradients. It’s like sharing hex color codes. You’ll need a unique one for your project anyway.
