How To Find Cheap Aged Domains
Domaining is a very difficult niche to master as its so hit and miss as trends change, what is a valuable domain one day is one you consider dropping a day later.
There are some fantastic domaining resources available online, whether they are communities like dnforum, blogs like dailydomainer or some of the very best domainers sharing tips such as Rick Latona.
What I’m going to show you today is an easy way to find aged domains for a few dollars, we will be using the GoDaddy Marketplace as a source and finally as a place to buy.
So Lets Get Started!
Visit the Godaddy Marketplace (https://auctions.godaddy.com) and login (or create an account if you don’t have one.)
You will see a search box above the central page content, select “Advanced Search” and fill in your desired search criteria (tld, keyword, length etc..) then hit search.

It will return a list of domains for you, if you select the tick box next within the green bar above the results, then scroll to the bottom of the results and hit the “Review Selected” button, it will take you to a new page.

Once there you can highlight the domains and prices and copy and paste to your notepad/text editor.

Scroll to the bottom of this new page and make sure you hit “Cancel Transaction” by doing this the domains will not be added to your cart and will stop you accidentally buying them!
You now should have a list of 50 domains in your text editor, now using the replace tool remove everything after the domain name (eg:£3 ($5) 1 Remove), you should then be left with just a list of domain names.

Now visit FastDomainCheck and paste your list inside the text area, and adjust the settings menu on the right and remove any fields you don’t want to view, in my example I just wanted to determine domain age.

Once you have identified any domains you wish to buy you can double check the age at a site like who.is then just search for the domain back over at the godaddy marketplace and buy, please make sure you definitely have removed any unwanted items from your cart!
The End!
I hope you find this method of some use, this process takes a few minutes and can help you discover a few real gems, for example whilst writing this piece I found two 5 year old domains and a 6 year old domain.

Wow.. Good method..
Its also good to check how the domain looked in past using the archiver before purchasing the used domain…
