		<description>Good read. I liked hearing that he doesn&#039;t have a set process. I recently started cutting up how I work and taking out parts of my process for some projects because it doesn&#039;t fit the client. Basically tailoring the step based on what the end product will be, good to hear others thinking along the same lines.</description>
