Hand drawn/sketched designs are quite popular of late in web and graphic design, coupled with some cool hand drawn/sketched fonts and some texture it really makes a design that looks professional and is easy on the eye.

I have listed 15 icon sets that are all hand drawn by various designers from around the globe, each icon set has a good number in each set, and come in various file types.
