Examples Of Minimalist Web Design

In all types of design minimalism can look fantastic, its a classic and understated look and has been widely used in architecture, fine art, clothing and even home decoration.

So why is minimalism cool? I feel it is such a great look because as a designer its a real challenge to remove a number of aspects from your design process and still leave something with a “wow factor.”

Many people don’t “get” minimal design, and many can’t see the irony of this way of design and instantly disregard the piece of work and label it “incomplete.”

So below, here are some awesome examples of minimalist web design used on a good cross section of niches.
